It is hard to believe the year has advanced so quickly, a lot has happened during this time and its exciting to be part of an industry that is evolving so quickly.
At the end of 2008, MIPAC conducted customer research to gain insight into the needs of our customers and to ensure we continue to deliver the right solutions. I would like to extend my gratitude for your continued feedback and support, without this we would not have built our successful business. Responses from the survey were very positive - 93% of our clients indicated that they would recommend MIPAC to colleagues.
Last year was exciting for everyone at MIPAC, with several items that stand out as real milestones for the company. We had a number of exciting project highlights, including an award-winning project at Kazzinc. We successfully launched a new wireless monitoring solution, CellView® and we signed an exculsive Collaboration Agreement with Xstrata Technology for the delivery of the ISASMELT™ & ISACONVERT™ smelting and copper converting technology.
Our Focus for 2009 is to ensure our customers derive maximum efficiencies and remain competitive in these difficult times. To assist in this goal, MIPAC has developed and designed our new service solution, MIPAC Process Advantage™ MIPAC is excited to be offering MIPAC Process Advantage™ to our customers and we are pleased to see positive results emerging.
Whilst nobody is immune from the current economic downturn we are happy to report MIPAC continues to grow. I think this demonstrates how our products and services can improve operational efficiencies and ensure our customers are able to weather these difficult times.
We look forward to working with you and hope you enjoy reading the following MIPAC update.
