Morobe Mining’s Hidden Valley mine in Papua New Guinea is benefitting from the recent introduction of MIPAC Process Optmisation (MPO).

MIPAC’s application of expert process control knowledge and appropriate automation techniques to stabilise and optimise industrial processes involves an ongoing process of discovery, development, implementation and support.

Hidden Valley is enjoying a notable rise in mill throughput, an increased tonnage rate and its flotation circuit is working more efficiently, thereby improving yield.

MIPAC Process Optimisation (MPO) is MIPAC’s proven method of stabilising and optimising industrial processes.

Using expert process control knowledge and appropriate automation techniques, MIPAC Process Optimisation is being put to good use at Newcrest’s Lihir operation in PNG.
