Mipac’s range of specialist process control support services now includes dedicated on site and remote support, as well as after hours and 24/7 availability.
“Our in-depth understanding of operating plants and highly skilled engineering team mean clients want us on hand to address issues as they arise,” Mipac Director and New Product Development Manager Tony Mathison says.
“We are responding to this demand by broadening our scope of support offerings and tailoring them to client needs.”
For example, Queensland shale oil company QER recently signed a support service contract for its Shale Oil Project Technology Demonstration Plant at Gladstone.
The agreement sees process control experts providing remote and on site support for the operation of the plant’s Yokogawa CS3000 control.
Mipac is offering:
- frontline support via telephone and email
- remote fault finding to resume control system operation
- fault finding to resume control system operation
