Mipac company Director and Business Development Manager Mr Richard Harvey is to retire in July.
An experienced industrial process and control engineer, Mr Harvey joined Mipac in 1996 and has helped the company secure major accounts across a range of industries, including mining and mineral processing, food and beverage, and pulp and paper.
In addition to contributing to Mipac’s success, he has considerable experience working with some of the industry’s most notable companies. He held senior management, business development and engineering positions with leading corporations including Yokogawa and Mount Isa Mines. He was also responsible for significant control and automation business with customers including BHP Biliton, Kagara Zinc and Xstrata.
“Richard has worked tirelessly to help Mipac grow its business and expand into new markets,” Mipac Managing Director Eddie DeRivera says. “We count ourselves lucky to have him drive business development and also make valuable contributions to our board. We wish Richard and his family the very best for the future.”
Mr Harvey’s successor will be announced in the coming months.
