Overdue Task Improvements – The behaviour of overdue (and expired) tasks on boards has been made more intuitive, making it easier for teams to stay on top of their tasks. Overdue tasks are now conveniently displayed on the current shift board, ensuring better visibility and easier tracking. Managing overdue behaviour in templates has been simplified so teams can configure to match operational requirements.
TCard Insights – With our new TCard Insights, you can access valuable statistics, including status breakdown by area and completion rates. These insights provide you with a deeper understanding of task distribution and performance, allowing you to assess your operations’ efficiency.
UI Improvements – Navigation to TCard Insights has been simplified, providing a single location to view all reports. Existing reports have been updated to provide a consistent look and feel across TCard.
Bug Fixes – Fixes improved the stability of TCard and resolved recurring issues

MIM had, and continues to use, an ERP within their operation but found it was too complicated for operators to use and was not suitable for managing operator tasks across crews in a 24/7 operation. While daily tasks were being well managed, irregular tasks were being missed, causing disruption when faults or blockages occurred. The lack of responsibility and automatic recurrence with the original task management system made monitoring these tasks difficult and would ultimately lead to disrupted production, downtime and additional costs.
