TCard 3.14.0 | September 2025

Single Sign-On (SSO) with Entra ID

Logging in has never been easier. With Entra ID integration, users can now access TCard using their Microsoft accounts. No more juggling multiple usernames and passwords. A simple, secure, and familiar experience that gets your team where they need to be, faster.

Customer-Focused Improvements

Photos now retain the correct orientation when viewing, while new upload progress indicators give operators confidence that their files are being processed. Superintendents can also customise the Checks table within task templates, giving them greater control and flexibility to match TCard to the way their teams actually work.

Previous updates

TCard 3.13.0 | July 2025

Task Time Window Capability

A new Task Time Window feature has been introduced, allowing tasks to be completed within a defined time period (such as a weekly task that can be done anytime during the week) without being marked as overdue after the shift it’s created. Once the time window ends, any incomplete tasks will be automatically marked as expired and excluded from shift reporting. This feature helps supervisors focus on relevant tasks and reduces unnecessary noise in daily reviews.

New and Improved Reporting

Reporting has been expanded to provide supervisors and managers with deeper, more flexible insights. A new Shift Report allows teams to review progress across the current and previous shifts in a single view. Updates to the Crews Report support flexible time ranges, offering improved visibility into crew performance over time.

Usability, stability and security improvements

We remain committed to providing the best experience for our users. This release includes a range of bug fixes and enhancements aimed at improving stability and usability. The updated Task Template page makes it easier to manage templates with simplified filtering, advanced search, and new bulk actions, which enhances efficiency and control for superintendent users.

TCard 3.11.0 | January 2025

Enhanced Shutdown Management

The shutdown functionality has been completely overhauled to improve usability and flexibility. Customers can now configure TCard tasks to automatically appear or hide during shutdowns, aligning tasks with shutdown activities with minimal intervention. An improved user interface allows teams to create, edit, delete, and end shutdowns more efficiently.

The daily email and 24-hour report have also been updated to include only relevant information during shutdown periods, enabling teams to focus on the tasks planned for completion.

Task Board Improvements

To support the enhanced shutdown capabilities, the Task Board has been updated with a more scalable and performant approach. New features include the ability to view task boards from previous days and the introduction of a grace period to prevent task updates after a defined period.

Additionally, TCard priorities have been decoupled from shutdown behaviours, ensuring task management remains flexible and independent.
